His coaching practice grows out of a deep desire to take his PhD in philosophy into the market place and make a difference for people through transformative conversation.
Since 1997, the lion’s share of Martin’s clients are professionals in fortune 500 companies (from UBS, Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, Prudential). Martin was Co-founder and Head Coach of The Center for Excellence, a communications consulting firm specializing in training and coaching.
Martin designs and conducts many workshops and seminars worldwide on leadership, teambuilding and communication. He facilitates the Iris Forum, the first multipartisan environmental think tank; and he co-leads the “Insight to Action” and “Mastery” Coaching Programs for the InnerActive Institute.
